You will notice each product has a care label sewn to it, please read the label and follow the laundry instructions.

Do you have a return policy?

Refund must be requested with in 5 days after receiving the package, shipping fee will not be refunded. We will be pleased to get it back and send you the correct item at our cost. A full refund or exchange will be provided. All items must be returned in original condition,e. g. taking set out of zipper bags etc.

How do you ship, how much does it cost?

Shipping is included in the price of the product and is shipped UPS ground services with in the United States. Shipping outside of the United States will be paid by the customer.  Please feel free to contact us and we will price out a custom shipping rate for you.
