Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in the price of the product with in the U.S.A. and is shipped UPS GROUND. Shipping outside the U.S.A. will be paid by the consumer. Shipping time is 2 to three days after the order has been received at the warehouse , tracking information will be issued with the order. Delivery time depends on zip code, time of year and large orders.

Circumstances beyond our control could involve additional shipping time. Holiday season, large orders, custom orders,and out of stock merchandise.

Return Policy

  If one of our products needs to be returned, we will be pleased to to get it back and send you the correct item at our cost. A full refund or exchange will be provided, according to your preference. If you decide to return a product for any reason we will gladly refund you but the shipping fee. Refund must be requested with in 5 days of receiving package. All items must be returned in original condition with out any changes. e.g. taking set out of zipper bag.
To arrange for return of any faulty item, please contact customer service representative on 970-739-4553. International customers please email (support@pharaohsbedlinen.com).  We will provide a refund no later than 5 working days after receiving the merchandise into the warehouse.

Backorder Policy

If for some reason we are temporarily out of stock of any item, due to color, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if the items have been back ordered, or if the item has been discontinued or no longer available.

Damaged Goods Policy

Return request must be made  with in 5 days of receiving package. Please call customer representative on 970-739-4553. We will be pleased to take back the merchandise and send you another product at our cost. A full refund or exchange will be provided, depending on your preference.
